We want you to love your Paddywax products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unlit items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your unused candles in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
