Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our artisanal home fragrances and shipping policies.
How can I ensure my candle burns evenly?
To prevent tunneling, always allow your candle to burn until the wax melts across the entire surface to the edges of the vessel. We also recommend trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before every light.
Are Paddywax candles made with sustainable materials?
Yes, our candles are hand-poured using a clean-burning soy wax blend and high-quality fragrance oils. Our vessels are designed with intentionality to be repurposed as planters, jars, or decor long after the wax is gone.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take great care in packaging our glass and ceramic vessels. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days. If any item arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Can I return a candle if I don't like the scent?
We want you to love your home fragrance. We accept returns on unused and unlit products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I clean out the vessel once the candle is finished?
Once 1/4 inch of wax remains, stop burning. Place the vessel in the freezer for a few hours to shrink the wax, then gently pop it out with a butter knife. Wash with warm, soapy water to remove any residue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our signature scents to more homes worldwide in the near future.
